COURSE DESCRIPTION

The course provides an advanced learning opportunity in corporate crisis analysis, response and management before, during and after a crisis. Get frameworks for analyzing "corporate crisis" situations and understanding and create communication strategies designed for best achievable outcomes (BAO). Case studies, guest presentations and participative exercises will be used.

Courses

This online masters of arts program requires nine courses (30 credits) and a capstone project. Courses are taught by leading communications faculty and re-tooled to provide an excellent learning experience, allowing students the flexibility they need to accommodate a busy life.
